Throughout the year Espresso TV attends a wide range of documentary markets and festivals including History Makers, MipDoc and IDFA. We meet with broadcasters to discuss our catalogue and talk to producers with a view to acquiring new content.

Here are the details of the upcoming events Espresso TV will be attending:



Discop East
Budapest, Hungary
16th-19th June 2009

Established in 1991, Discop East has grown to become the the most important multiplatform content market targeting Central, Eastern Europe and Eurasia, a region fueled by by double digit growth in disposable income and advertising spending, the ongoing digial switchover process, strong broadband deployment, a fast growing home-video marketplace, the construction of multiplex cinemas and the vigorous emergence of IPTV. It takes place for four days in June in the heart of Budapest, on the banks of the Danube River.

This year Espresso TV will be attending Discop East between the 17th and 19th June. Sunny Side of the Doc
La Rochelle, France

This year is the 20th Birthday of Sunny Side of the Doc, an event which has established itself as a leading space for documentary coproductions. It is a showcase for 300 international decision makers and has a series of professional an public screenings as well as forums and workshops to discuss and understand the latest technological and financial issues facing the industry.

This year Espresso TV will be attending Sunny Side between the 24th and 26th June.
