Brian Blessed goes on a journey around the North of England to try and get close to some rare and endangered species – some of which had been on the brink of extinction.

Yorkshire and Lincolnshire have some of the most diverse habitats in all of the UK. 

Brian hits the road to learn about great conservation success stories, and to try and catch a glimpse of Marsh Harriers, Great Crested Newts, Red Kites and Grey Seals.
