Casanova's Last Stand
1 x 90', HD
For over 70 years, Giacomo Casanova fought a tempestuous struggle to lead a life the way he wanted. This took him through many spectacular adventures, including a daring escape from the Venetian Prison, many scandalous affairs and the creation of the French National Lottery.
All of this would have been forgotten to history if he hadn't written about his legacy in his dying years. But twenty years after his death, the only obstacle standing in the way of his eternal recognition is the Church, who are determined to prevent Casanova's influence from living on.
The sole campaigner in giving these memoirs a fighting chance of publication is Sebastian Marr who believes the Church's condemnation and censorship has no place in an evolving world. With this determined fight for the future of the memoirs, it is here in the publisher's office that Casanova will make his last stand.
