The metal barrier drops and suddenly the roar of fully revved engines becomes deafening as 30 gloved hands simultaneously drop clutches, spinning wheels that fight for the traction to propel them towards the 'holeshot' - the all important first corner. For the next 30 minutes the riders battle their way around a course of doubles, triples, whoops, berms and washboards as the head is passed back and forth with amazing regularity.

UK Supercross is high adrenalin, high air and full throttle action - exhilarating mayhem on dirtbikes. Supercross is energy-charged indoor motocross - it is the original multi-rider racing format within the freesports world. Thirty riders race around specially built dirt tracks within the arena. Elbow to elbow, thrills and spills, massive big-air jumps and impressive wipe outs make for an unforgettable series.
